What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer returns for any of our items. Shipping a fully grown dragon is a challenge enough with proper procedural training, asking a customer to "return it to its original packaging" as it were, is right out.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! You can find them on the same rack as any other gift card at most physical retail locations. Additionally, we also will do promotional codes at some point later down the line, so look forward to that!
What are the payment options?
Most major payment methods are accepted by our online store, We even have plans to allow people to purchase using cryptocurrency, though this is still early in its integration, and cryptocurrency's exchange rate is notorious for being...unstable.
